Ken Grider

Middle School Director

Ken was born and raised in the South Bay. He has been working with Middle School students for more than 16 years. He and his wife Meaghan have been married almost two decades and have three children.

Queen Whistleblower

Meaghan has been at Baycities for 20 years. She and Ken did youth ministry for 6 years and, after a 14 year break, she’s happy to be back working with Jr. High!

Monica Bruno

Zombie Police

Monica grew up at Baycities and she has been involved in every ministry that has been offered. She works for the city of Redondo Beach in the Parks and Recreation department.

Justin Scarpetti

Protector of the Innocent

Justin has been attending Baycities since he was a fetus. Ken was his youth leader and he appreciates him so much more now that he works with kids.

Jillian Martin

“Just Dance” Leader

Jill’s personal faith began in Baycities youth group and she has been growing ever since. She is engaged to be married next year and loves encouraging the young ladies in The Point.

Grant Suelzle

Regional Game Manager

Grant and Karinna have been at Baycities since 2003. They served at Baycities Kids for several years before they joined The Point. Grant is a contractor and grew up on a cattle ranch in Northern California.

Karinna Suelzle

Assistant to the Regional Game Manager

Karinna is the mother of 2 and works full time as a Marketing Manager. She is a Bible Study Leader for Women’s Bible Study and loves working with women of all ages.

Chad Long

Chad and Jen have been attending Baycities for over 6 years. Chad travels to Italy for work 3 times a year but loves coming home to Redondo Beach.

Jen Long

Jen is the mother of 3 little girls and loves any meal that doesn’t include goldfish crackers. She remembers Jr. High with horror and fondness and is happy to be a part of this ministry.
